In our ongoing commitment to quality, our in-house factory, "TIME & STYLE FACTORY," has implemented milling machines and biomass-drying equipment. By processing the logs sourced from Hokkaido through in-house milling and drying, we have maintained the quality and pricing of our products. Furthermore, products crafted in traditional manufacturing regions across Japan not only provide an opportunity for customers in Japan to appreciate our culture but also earn recognition for artisanal skills from customers worldwide.
Despite our efforts to deliver products to both domestic and international customers, the ongoing challenges posed by the rise in raw material and fuel costs have made it difficult to maintain current prices.
Regrettably, in light of these economic realities, we find it necessary to implement a price adjustment. This decision is crucial for sustaining our commitment to delivering exceptional products to you, our valued customers.
We will continue our commitment to enhancing both products and services, aiming to introduce Japanese craftsmanship to a broader audience.
